KT, LTE 데이터무제한 요금제 혜택이 더 강력해져

<p>KT(회장 황창규, www.kt.com)는 고객 선택의 폭을 넓히기 위해 LTE 데이터무제한요금제 '완전무한87' 1종을 5월 28일 추가 출시하고, 콘텐츠와 데이터를 파격할인 제공하는 '알짜팩' 서비스를 '완전무한87/97/129' 요금제에 기본 제공한다고 밝혔다.

지난 4월 7일에 출시한 LTE데이터무제한 요금제 '완전무한79'에 이어 28일에 추가 출시하는 '완전무한87'은 유무선 음성통화, 문자, LTE 데이터 모두를 무제한으로 이용할 수 있다. 기본제공량 12GB를 소진 후 매일 2GB를 추가 제공하며, 추가 제공량 초과시 최대 3Mbps로 무제한 이용 가능하다.

추가로 기본제공량 17GB 제공하던 완전무한 97 요금제도 매일 2GB 추가제공 후 최대 3Mbps로 무제한 이용 가능토록 혜택이 확대됐으며, 5월 중 해당 요금제에 가입한 고객도 데이터무제한 혜택을 받을 수 있다.

'완전무한87' 가입자에게는 영상/음악 등의 핵심 콘텐츠와 데이터를 통합해 파격할인 제공하는 '알짜팩' 서비스가 월 8천원(부가세 별도)의 추가 비용 없이 무료로 제공되며, 6월1일부터는 완전무한97/129 요금제 이용 고객에게도 무료로 제공된다.

'알짜팩'은 '올레tv 모바일팩(영상)'의 콘텐츠 뿐만 아니라 통화 관련 부가서비스 '캐치콜', '링투유'와 '영화할인권'까지 이용할 수 있다. 알짜팩 가입 기간 동안 '지니팩(음악)'이 무료 제공된다. 또한 음악 감상을 위한 무제한 데이터와 영상 시청을 위한 월 6GB의 전용 데이터가 포함되어 있어 데이터 사용 부담을 완화시켰다.

KT의 데이터무제한 요금제는 LTE 가입 고객의 30% 정도가 선택할 정도로 큰 호응을 얻고 있으며, 데이터 사용량 중 70%가 멀티미디어에 집중되어 있다. 이러한 고객 성향을 반영하여 데이터 무제한 혜택에 '알짜팩' 서비스를 무료로 제공하는 요금제를 추가 출시하여 고객들이 더 큰 혜택을 누릴 수 있게 되었다.

이와 더불어 6월30일까지 완전무한79/87/97/129 요금제에 가입하면 올레멤버십 VIP(슈퍼스타) 등급이 즉시 부여되어 가입 시점에 따라 최대 10만 포인트가 제공되고, 연말까지 VIP 등급이 유지 돼 각종 프리미엄 혜택을 모두 누릴 수 있다.

KT 마케팅부문 무선사업담당 박현진 상무는 'LTE 데이터무제한 요금제도 KT에서 가장 좋은 혜택으로 가장 저렴하게 제공할 수 있도록 요금제 혜택을 더욱 강화했다'며, '앞으로도 고객을 위한 차별화된 요금과 서비스를 지속적으로 선보이며 통신비 절감에 기여할 것'이라고 밝혔다. </p>
