(SAN FRANCISCO, March 10, 2017 PRNewswire=연합뉴스) CFLD International, a global leader in integrated urban development, today announced the appointment of Michael L. Sanford (Mike Sanford) as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its United States (U.S.) business division, CFLD (US) Inc.
Sanford has over 25 years of experience in the U.S. commercial real estate markets, and previously served as Executive Vice President at Kilroy Realty Corporation, as well as held other key positions at Lowe Enterprises, Equity Office Properties, and Spieker Properties. Over the course of his real estate career, Sanford has been responsible for over USD6 billion of investment activity that included over six million square feet of development. As CEO of CFLD (US) Inc., he will be responsible for growing the company's footprint throughout the U.S., where he will be in charge of the local strategy and operations, as well as spearhead market development and team expansion.

Sanford's appointment adds to the U.S. team's bench strength of experienced professionals, which include William La Herran, Chief Financial Officer; Benjamin Yu, Head of Acquisitions and Development; Catherine Carlton, Head of Government and Public Affairs; and Kevin Moore, Head of Human Resources.
Headquartered in Singapore, CFLD International focuses on early stage investment of infrastructure, and the development and operation of new industry cities in key markets across Asia, North America and Africa. He holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the Haas School of Business and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
