Initial Public Offering
(NEW YORK, Feb. 14, 2020 PRNewswire=연합뉴스) Cole Haan, Inc. ("Cole Haan") announced today that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares of common stock to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Cole Haan has applied to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "CLHN".
BofA Securities and Morgan Stanley are acting as co-lead bookrunning managers for the proposed offering. J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are also acting as lead bookrunning managers. Jefferies, Baird, Cowen, Piper Sandler and Stifel are acting as bookrunning managers.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
